The warranty becomes void in the following cases: (i) incorrect/defective/non-compliant use/installation as per the instructions for use/maintenance provided with the product; (ii) abusive use; (iii) changing the intended use of the product is considered abusive use; (iv) unauthorized interventions; (v) loss or damage of the warranty certificate.

When requesting product repairs within the warranty period, the original warranty certificate and a copy of the fiscal receipt, fiscal invoice, and receipt or payment order (if applicable) must be presented. When requesting warranty service, the product must be presented together with all its accessories and, as far as possible, in the original packaging (although this is not mandatory).  

Delivery of the products

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Bekinky is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We ensure that all orders are delivered in a completely discreet manner. Our products are packaged in neutral boxes, with no inscriptions or logos that reveal the contents. Delivery Times

We understand that promptness is essential for our customers. Therefore, we offer efficient delivery times, ensuring that products reach their destination within 1 to 2 weeks  throughout Europe. We collaborate with reliable courier services to guarantee that each order arrives on time and in the best conditions. Every step of the delivery process is monitored to provide you with the peace of mind that your products are on their way and will arrive quickly at your doorstep.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

For products that arrive damaged, the customer is required to notify the seller in writing within 24 hours of receiving the package by emailing  office@bekinky.eu, providing photo/video evidence of the product in question: pictures of the product, the packaging, and any other relevant information. Complaints about product damage received after the 24-hour period will not be considered.

Bekinky takes special care in packaging the products; however, we cannot control how packages are handled by courier companies. Therefore, please check the products for compliance upon receiving your order, or in the presence of the courier representative if you opted for the package to be opened upon delivery.

Bekinky is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return, which may vary considering the place of return.

You and Bekinky will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Bekinky, the Romanian legal provisions in this field will be applied, and the resolution of conflicts is the competence of the Romanian courts.
